Question / Help VOIP teamspeak friend sound low on stream?

Hello fellow streamers, I am trying to Google for a solution on my particular problem, but non found so far.
I can hear my friend load and clear over TeamSpeak 3, but whenever I watch my stream on Twitch, my voice is load and clear, but my friend's voice over TeamSpeak 3 is really low recorded on the stream.

So,
1. I hear him load and clear over TS3
2. He hears me load and clear over TS3
3. His voice is really low, unclear over the stream on Twitch
4. My voice is load and clear over the stream on Twitch

What could be the problem?

System info:

• MOBO: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
• CPU: Intel Core i5 4670k (now OC at 4.2Ghz)
• CPU COOLER: Scythe Mugen 4 PCGH Edition
• GPU: Sapphire R9 290X 4GB GDDR5 TRI-X
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance pro 2 x 4GB (now OC at 1600Mhz)
• Razer Kraken 7.1 headset
• TeamSpeak 3

OBS is capturing your output, so perhaps the output itself is low when it's recorded? Maybe you turned down the volume in the windows mixer? OBS' desktop capture is affected by the windows mixer volumes I believe.

Master volume in volume mixer is at 50%, because otherwise I get deaf of the sound created in my headset. TS3 volume in volume mixer is at 100%, so basically yes, it is at 50% because master volume is at 50%, but I can hear him load and clear. So OBS is capturing the same output as I hear, and I can hear him good, but on my stream, I hear him barely. Counter Strike GO is at 1 (1 - 100) volume in volume mixer, and in game sound settings for CS:GO is at 0.01, and I can hear it really load on the stream. So I am confused ..

Got the same problem. First time all was perfect, then my Logitech Software got an update, OBS delete my headphones, i put them back in and now the sound of teamspeak is very quiet in the records, but I can her them realy loud live. Andy solutions?
