This is on Verson 0.14.2

I am streaming and using voice meter to play music and it is projecting into my head set. The mixer shows that the music is playing with the green bar but it does not play the sound on stream. So there is some issue with interaction between the two programs.
How do I fix this issue? This happens sporadically were it did work then it does not work on the next running of the program.
