Voice distorts when Compressor is applied to Mic

I have a Scarlett Solo Audio Interface which feeds my voice into Obs. The other audio is Desktop Audio. Before, I didn't have any Compressors. I just make sure my input is in the yellow area of the sound bar. Sometimes when I'm screaming it would go red, but it doesn't really sound bad in the finally output.
Recently I've been experimenting with Compressors to bring up the quiet sound and tone down the noisy sound. My Compressors are as follows:
Ratio3:1
Threshhold-18dB
Attack1ms
Release60ms
Output Gain9dB

I also have Compressors on the Desktop audio to mimic the Side Chain effect. It does seem to work nicely. When I speak, I can see the volume bars for the Desktop audio go down.
Ratio32:1
Threshhold-36dB
Attack100ms
Release600ms
Output Gain0

I picked up both settings from this website.
After this implementation, the sound would distort somewhat randomly, but I suspect it's around the peaks. You can hear it in the first 3-5 seconds of this video.

I checked my log but nothing seems to be wrong with it:

Can somebody help me out? Thanks so much!
