VOD includes track 2 audio even though the track is unchecked in advanced audio settings

I recently got a section of my VOD muted, wasn't certain why because I have had any audio I don't want playing on my VOD through audio track 2 unchecked for quite some time. Last night my VOD was muted and when I watched my VOD back audio that had been unchecked for track 2 (VOD) was still playing on the VOD. Is there a known issue about this?

You're sending everything to track 1 which is the track that got saved on the VOD.
You can select everything in track 1 and 2. Now deselect track 1 from whatever source you don't want to be in the VOD.
Remember to set track 2 for Twitch VOD in the Output settings.

Well I thought it might be the issue, but when I checked my Advanced output Mode settings the VOD track was already set to track 2. I initially was looking at the Simple Output Mode and saw that the Recording was set to Track 1. So that was my mistake. Here is what the advanced settings look like and I haven't touched these.

I also noticed that it says Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting is controlling some of my stream settings....are they controlling the vod tracks?
I was under the impression that everything on Track 1 is what your stream hears and that whatever Twitch VOD track you select is the audio that is saved to the VOD. Am I correct in thinking that? That's why I selected Track 2 as the VOD audio.

I wonder if it was because at some point the Output Mode got changed to Simple instead of Advanced. I did run the Setup Wizard the other day because I was having some issues. That might have switched it. I'll keep it on Advanced and see if that fixes the issue.

If you're using Enhanced Broadcasting then you can't use the Twitch VOD Track feature as it's not working for this. At least not for now and I don't think there's plans on adding it in the short term. Disable Enhanced broadcasting and you can keep using the Twitch VOD Track.
