VLC Video Source - m3u8 playlist

hi
i have "asdas1.m3u8" file and i have two video in this file;

i import this file to obs
"Add->VLC Video Source->Add Path/URL->'D:/xampp/htdocs/asdas1.m3u8'"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
playlist file start to play and everythings works fine but, when i add new video file to asdas1.m3u8
nothing change in obs
if i rename this file ("asdas1.m3u8") and import again, new video plays
