VLC Video Source Can't Play Youtube?

I added VLC Video Source and addded url path to a Youtube video.
However, it doesn't play the video.
MacOS 12.6.7
OBS 29.1.3
VLC: 3.0.18

It looks like it's a problem with VLC.
I tried to play directly from VLC, and it wouldn't play.
Then I grabbed the latest youtube.lua, and pasted into .../share/lua/playlist folder.

Then VLC was able to play the video, but it ran into buffering like every few seconds.

Just simply add browser source and past the YouTube URL in it.

I'm getting this youtube accept page and don't know how to click ok inside of this window??
