Bug Report VisualBoy Advance - no audio

I'm trying to set up my stream for a speedrun of Pokemon tomorrow with some friends, but right now I'm having trouble getting the audio from Visual Boy Advance out to my stream. Obs doesn't seem to realize that the audio from the emulator is there at all. My audio is working just fine otherwise, for example I can start playing music via Foobar2000 and it will pick that up.

This happens with my sound card (ASUS Xonar DG), as well as my onboard Realtek audio. VisualBoy Advance's audio seems to be a bit odd, as it doesn't show up in the Windows Volume Mixer. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Thanks in advance for any help!

If the audio doesn't show in the mixer, it won't be capturable by OBS. Make sure it's outputting to the default device and using MME / DirectSound and not KS if that's an option.

There isn't much under the sound options...it does appear to be using DirectSound though.

Edit: I've switched to a different emulator, that allowed me to use Waveout instead of Directsound, for now...hopefully they won't require me to use VisualBoy :|
