Question / Help Visual Layout Does not Stay

Good day all,

So, I have an issue where: Each time I open the software, I have to drag the separator between the videos at the top and the options at the bottom, back up so I can see them. How do I can set the layout to stay the same each time so this is not an issue?

I would post a screenshot, but I am not currently at the machine.
