Bug Report Visual corruption when using display capture.

When using a display capture on either of my monitors there is a significant distortion in my previews and recordings. I've made no recent hardware changes, and this is the first time I've had the issue pop up.

Turn off hardware acceleration in your browser if you want to capture it.

I was just using my browser for the screenshot, this happens in games as well.
