Question / Help Visual C++ issue when installing

So I have a new desktop and wanted to install OBS. So I go to the site and download it for Windows as per usual.

Next up while starting the Setup it tells me that I need to install other components.

It redirects me to the download link which lets me download and set up Visual C++. After it is finished I restart Windows and click on the OBS setup only to receive the same message, that I need to install components, yet it redirects me to the exact same download link.

When I try to install Visual C++ again it shows me this. I have the option to repair or uninstall. I even tried repair and restart but it did nothing.

It would be great if someone knew a solution to this. Also yes, I have every Windows update installed.

If it is of any help: Everytime I install C++ it gets stuck half way. I then cancel it and retry the Setup which then suddenly works very quickly. Seemed a bit suspicious but I never got any error message. Just adding this here as it might be useful information.

Do you have a ucrtbase.dll and msvcp140.dll in your C:\Windows\System32?

I do have the 2nd but not the first.

If OBS still shows that message, the installation did not succeed. The installation after cancellation that "suddenly works very quickly" is not working.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

Regarding the log's, I can not acces the folder as I never had OBS installed. I can however give you the only log file of C++ that I could get: https://s17.directupload.net/images/190926/ucgr4l6k.png

Edit: I also ran this now: https://r-1.ch/OBSDiag.zip and got this message: Also tried installing C++ again but nope.

The thing about that update is... it doesnt do anything. First when I start it it tells me "There can only be one wusa.exe at a time" so I go into task manager, go to the tab on the very right and stop "wuauserv" since it has "Windows Update" in its description. If I then try to start the Update setup it works but it loads forever. Is that normal or am I supposed to wait for a long time?

Edit: Still reads "Searching for updates on this computer..."
