So I hadn't used OBS in a while. When I opened it today it had me do an update. At the end of the update it states I have to download and install https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
However, it stops half way through and states: Another installation is already in progress, complete installation before install. However there is nothing installing at that time. I can't figure out then how to use OBS since the program when it pens sends me to the page requiring me to install this, and I get the same error message when I try to do it.
