Virtual Camera Not Recognized in Zoom

My OBS & Zoom were working together as expected last week. This week Zoom does not see OBS virtual camera, even though it's started in OBS.

I am currently running Mac OS Sonoma 14.1, OBS 29.1 & Zoom 5.16.6.

I've tried upgrading OBS & Zoom, downgrading, uninstalling & reinstalling. Before I reinstall the prior Mac OS I wanted to check here to see if there is a setting or plugin I may be missing.

same problem here. it is stated that
-MacOS Sonoma (14.1) no longer recognizes NDI Tools as a virtual camera.
-Starting in macOS Sonoma 14.1, cameras and video output devices that don't use modern system extensions won't be available to use unless you restore the legacy settings.
and it says it can be enabled by entering some comends in recovery mode. I dont want to dive such erminal codes. I wonder if zooom will recognize virtual cam. or NDI will make a plugin update. any thought and help appreciated.
