I am a first time user and I'm having trouble using the virtual camera. I have it started and the source is Display Capture with one of my monitors. I can select the OBS virtual camera as the source, but there is always an issue. I have tried multiple browsers and different sites like Google Meet, Discord, and Spelltable. I used webcamtests and it says it is open in another application. I follow the instructions there, but cannot find any applications that are using the camera. I have restarted my computer. Uninstalled then re-installed OBS as well as my browsers with no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
