Virtual camera and other applications

Hi, everyone.
I'm new to this forum and I'm reporting because I have a problem using the virtual camera in WebEx and other applications.
I use OBS on Windows 10 and have a camcorder connected to the computer with an Elgato Cam Link 4k.
This all works wonderfully and is recognized without problems. But when I start the virtual camera in OBS, it is not displayed or recognized in other applications.
Only the Cam Link module is recognized and when I use this I have problems because two applications are accessing the Cam Link module at the same time.

What have I set wrong? Is there a guide?
Everywhere is only that simply the virtual camera must be activated and this is then available in the other applications. Unfortunately not for me.

I would be very happy about help.

Thanks for the tip.
I checked the privacy settings again and the camera is OBS enabled.
But the problem is that the virtual camera is not recognized in the other applications.
The Elgato Cam Link Module is recognized, just not the virtual camera.

i had many problems with the OBS virtual camtoo i used the NDI virtual cam
install OBS NDI PLUGIN + NDI TOOLS
Create a Scene with fullscreen cam add the NDI filter on it use the scene in other scenes as cam
Start the NDI Virtual cam select your cam and you can use it in other Programms or use the NDI output from OBS

so you can stream an use the cam in programms on the same time
