Question / Help viewers complaining about lag spikes..

Hello, I am pretty new at streaming and need some help to prevent my stream to lagg.
Here is some pictures of my settings.

My internet connection is 100/100.

3500 bitrate is really high and a lot of people cannot watch that. If you want people to actually watch downscale by 1.5x and use like 2000 bitrate. The lower the bitrate the more people that will be able to watch lag free.
