Question / Help Viewers can't see my stream.

I don't know where else to post this, but I need some help.

I have been having this issue for the last two days. I start OBS, and everything is working fine on my end, but the stream can't be viewed by some people. My Bandwidth is 1000kb/s, and the OBS logs show that everything is fine on my end.

I have changed my Hard Drive recently, and reinstalled my OS - is there something that I need to install that I missed?
Is the problem on my end?

Suggestions?

I have also included my log file:

I'm actually kind of impressed that you can run Windows 8 on a Core 2 Duo at all, much less stream too.
Switch from MP3 to AAC audio, it uses the assigned bitrate much more effectively; MP3 is meant as a fallback codec in case you *can't* use AAC for some reason.

From your log, there's nothing wrong on your end. Yell at Hitbox, this is something they're messing up. (hint: If some people CAN see your stream successfully, chances are good that the problem for the others is on the host's end.)

Thank you. I'll do just that. Windows 8.1 runs pretty smooth on this machine too.
