Question / Help Viewers buffering

Hi! I've been tweeking around with my settings for 2 months, and it seems like it doesnt matter what settings I use because my viewers still having buffer/freeze issues. How is it possible for viewers in Europe and even my friend in sweden to buffer on my stream?

My friend got 100/100 mbit internet and I have 100/10.

Ive tried with 2000/2000 bitrate downscale to 720p and it still buffers. How low do I need to go so it doesnt buffer like? My friend got 100/100 internet he should be able to watch 10000 bitrate with no problem and even 2000 bitrate 30 fps buffers for him.. Maybe its the server in stockholm that is really bad?

Yeaaa Sapiens but.. It seems like the server in stockholm or something is bad? Twitch need to fix more servers.. :( People even buffer when I'm streaming at 2000kb/

And im dropping 0% frames even though I stream for hours.

The viewers aren't using a stockholm server. If you're not partnered or don't have like 80+ or 90+ viewers, they will recieve the stream from San Francisco, so there is a higher chance that your viewers will get buffering.

Okey Osiris, and they will have buffer all the time? doesnt matter if I lower bit-rate to 1800 ? Im trying Amsterdam server but seems to be same problem. I have 1920x1080p downscale 1.5 to 1280x720p

I used 2000/2000bitrate and ppl got buffer.
