Hi I have a question regarding the video I recorded using OBS. I uploaded it to YouTube but when playing it on my TV it keeps on freezing and and will downscale to 480p , but the GMV upload that I edited using filmora9 at 1080p60 runs perfectly.

I tried using the setting for low end pc still the same quality.
Please help me record in good quality that will play with no hiccup.
