so I've never had any problems with OBS until recently all of a sudden no matter what I do what I change my videos come out looking exactly the same I will list everything I've tried here this all kind of started after I loaded up obs and saw there a bunch new video settings I'm not sure if that update could have caused this for me or what
I've tried messing with the Xbox game bar does nothing
tried turning off and on Hardware accelerated GPU and optimizations for Windows games also does nothing
I tried the base optimized settings on OBS and a million different YouTube videos settings
I've tried running as administrator

just to clarify just as far as actual OBS settings go I've tried just about every configuration at this point

Bitrate 10000 I've tried from 10,000 to 5000 to 80,000

downscale filter lanczos 36 samples
60 fps
for the process priority I've tried above normal and high

hopefully someone can help find a solution to this because I see a lot of people talking about this issue and no fixes
