Question / Help Videos Stoping at Third Second

When I Try Record ANY Game With OBS, I'm Looking at Video And EVRY Time Video Stop's At Third Second But I Still Hear Everything From Video Untill Video End. HELP

since you are only recording, enable aero, uncheck CBR, change preset to superfast and buffer to 0.

I would really urge you to downscale your recordings as you have an ancient dualcore and an equally old GPU (which OBS uses to capture, and rescale)

recommended downscale: 480p
