Question / Help Videos look like shit

Hi. So im recording videos with OBS since Fraps basically consumes my memory.

When i do, as long as the game picture doesn't move too much, for example in character selection, it's quite high quality. But when the game starts, and you can move your figure, quality goes down.

See video, around 3:10: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPAEeJXlf3w
Fullscreen.

What to change?

Custom x264 parameters: crf=X
Where X is anywhere from 1-20, lower being higher quality / higher CPU usage.

I dont understand where, or how to specify the X Value.

Also later he writes: Setting the buffer size to zero disables the VBV system, allowing x264 to hit any bitrate necessary to achieve the quality (CRF) specified. If you wish to increase quality further, you need to use advanced options - quality 10 is equal to a CRF of 22, which is fine for live streams but not so good for local recording.

So why would i set the value to 10, if it makes my vids look bad?

The guide tells you EXACTLY WHERE to specify the paramater
You replace "X" in the paramater with the number. I recommend 15.

No it doesn't.
What shall i enter into the custom x264 textfield? crf=X? And then? Aside that X=10-15 or what? In the same line?
