Question / Help Videos appear bad quality even on 1080p?

I am not sure what is happening or if i see it as bad quality and the others not but when i record a video from OBS it looks pretty good but when i upload it on Youtube it shows as bad quality even on the higher resolutions, am i the only one who sees it bad quality or do you also? (during the fights).

Somewhere between OBS and Youtube might be the problem. Using video editor or converter?

There is some kind of blending/blur between 2 different frames when paused... This may show that a video editor may be converting one frame rate to another with more blur. OBS-Studio does not blur 2 frames together like that.

What if you upload video directly to YouTube, skipping video editor?

Acctualy when i am watching the video on my PC it looks good (without blurs) even on VLC's large screen but when i upload it on youtube it becomes a bit blurry, the problem is with Youtube i think

Is the frame rate 30 fps or 60 fps?
Using video editor or converter? If yes, check video after edited or converted.

YouTube might not like odd frame rate of about 35 fps if used.
