Question / Help Video won’t open

I recorded a whole video for my channel and when I open the link it says unable to open. All other questions and answers say to convert it to another format how do I do that someone pls help I don’t want to lose the gameplay

What format is it in? What player are you trying to open it in?

Do you have VLC installed?
