Question / Help Video unwatchable from TV output. Super Famicom fine, Famicom not fine.

I've got a Famicom and a Super Famicom leading into a television that has video and audio outputs.
The signal from the Super Famicom is perfect, but the one from the Famicom, while displaying fine on the TV, is terrible on this side of the Easy Cap.

Here's a video of how that looks, starting with Famicom, switching to Super Famicom, and then back.

Here are my OBS settings, EasyCap (or knockoff) running with the SMI Grabber Device driver

Deinterlacing doesn't seem to do anything on any setting, nor does switching video standards on the Easycap.
I assumed that since the Super Famicom (composite) worked fine that the Famicom (coax) would too. Is the TV putting out a different video signal based on the input? Why, and why would the video output be different than the one it sent to its own screen?

If this were 1994 I'd get a dime and turn the tuner dial under the front panel of my parents' television.

What can I do? Where do I go to look for a solution?

Thanks
-Casey
