Video under Properties, Black Screen Displayed

In Windows 10, I don't have the "Graphics Settings" link under Settings --> System --> Display (I do have "Display Adapter Properties," but clicking on Properties within this popup dialog brings up Device Manager adapter settings and I don't think I want to change any of these settings. This may be due to corporate policies as I'm on a company machine where I want to record video.

Instead, I can right-click on the Desktop and select "Intel Graphics Settings." Unfortunately, I don't see anywhere that I can browse to the ODS executable to associate it with this default grahpics adapter (C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe). In this "Intel HD Graphuics Control Panel," I see "Display," "3D," "Options and Support," "Video," and "Profiles."

After doing a lot of research, I did two things:
1. Disabled Hardware Acceleration in Chrome
2. Launched ODS Studio "As Administrator"

After the 2nd discovery, I found that when I select "Windows Capture" and select the Chrome window, although it is black there, if I clickk on the "Properties" button under the display screen, I now do see the Chrome window. This was black before change #2 above.

Unfortunately, there is no preview when I return to the black video display screen. Recording captures the audio fine, but no video.

I should have added that this is a PC with two adapters in Device Manager under "Display Adapters" - Intel HD Graphics 630 and Citrix Indirect Display Adapter.

Did some testing with the note for laptops (though I'm on a PC) ... I right-clicked on the Dektop and selected "Intel Graphics Settings" to launch the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel. Seeing the thread on what to do for laptops made think to go into "3D" ...

In the "Applications with customized 3D Settings" secition, I clicked Browse, navigated to OBS Studio .exe, changed the radio button under the section from "Use Application Default Settings" to "Use Driver Settings, which was necessary to save those changes, then clicked "Apply."

Oddly, I went back in to make sure that "OBS Studio" remained this time I saw that it was there, but the radio button changed back to "Use Application Default Settings."

I launched OBS Studio and noticed that even when I didn't have the video pulled up in Chrome the selection was available for the video link. I went ahead and launched Chrome and went to the video. I closed and reopened OBS Studio as Admin. I see the active Chrome browser under Properties ... changing from the video to this forum post :) ... But, when I close the Properties page, I still have no video even for this forum page. It seems like I'm close, but not there yet.

I installed OBS Studio on my personal laptop and may have to record there, but thought my notes may help someone else if not provide mroe detailed info for troubleshooting.

Still no progress on my PC so trying to get things going on my personal laptop. I add "Windows Capture" and don't get an option to select the variety of Chrome pages, but instead it seems to pick the OBS screen itself as I get an infinite set of screenshot views of the OBS screen instead of the Chrome video playing and don't have an option to select it. Am I missing something basic?
