Question / Help Video turns Black/Blurried sometimes

Hello, So recently I switched to obs studio and I'm having this problem were my video (wich is an .mp4 file) Sometimes turns blurried and black from time to time. I'v been trying so many settings but nothing has been working. I'v also tried to record different games but the same things happens.

The log is not from the current version of OBS Studio and it does not show a recording attempt.
 
I fixed it myself, It wasn't obs studio that was causing it, It was my editing software, I was just using the wrong encoding preset.....
