Question / Help Video Transcode freeze but audio continues fine.

Having a crazy time here guys...have a NUC with OBS studio with zero issues (a few crashes from time to time), but the wife's i5 OBS studio video freezes all the time with zero crash reports and zero dropped frames. Here is the latest log mybe there is something there that I am not seeing.

BTW, both systems are current win10 with all updates so I shouldn't have an issue with one and not the other:

And I apologize if this can go in another thread looks like mods keep saying to start a new one for each individual issue like a remedy system...good for me cheers guys.

Think the best solution is to set win10 to 0 and do a factory reset...hopefully that will solve all my woes.

Yeah looks like it was some sort of windows driver conflict with OBS...did a reset and everything seems smooth now...sometimes you just gotta say let's try this again from the beginning.
