Video sync drifting with audio in recording only (not live streaming)

I am new to OBS and have been using the webcam app on iphone11 with Macbook Pro recording a series of individual live songs, capturing audio from ProTools First out of Focusrite 2i2. Sometimes the recordings sync and sometimes they drift. I reset device and reconnect device and sometimes that works for a take or 2 and then it slugs up again. I have set latency to 150ms from audio capture and that seems to work ok at the start of most recordings but the drifting problem keeps recurring. Please help.

I should state that my intention is to mix multitrack audio in ProTools before replacing video audio with new mastered mix to then upload to my website and social pages.
