Question / Help Video stuttering

Hi! New user here, I'm trying to set up a casual stream to play some Fallout: New Vegas. Not looking for high end quality or anything, I just want to stream me playing the game.

However, I'm getting really annoying video issues. It stutters every second or two, and makes the stream look awful. Audio works fine, it's just the video. I included the recorded streams below.

I'm pretty sure I made a mess of the OBS settings, and should just set everything back to default and begin again. Any suggestions or observations are appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: I should also mention that I do not have a very fast internet connection, I'm really just looking to get rid of the video stutter, I'm not after any high-end twitch streaming quality.

New Profile and new Scene Collection can return you to defaults. There is screens how to find this options in OBS Studio, OBS Studio Help Guide: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...ware-studio-multiplatform-help-guide-pdf.365/ look for Using menu bar section.

I have the same problems well kind of. the video when I playback the video it plays fine for 2 seconds then has this stuttering noise of my voice and it is making me sad that I almost had a perfect recording setup until the audio messed up somehow. I really want to know how to fix this problem fast because I want to get recording now.
