Question / Help Video stuttering when playing it back in Windows Media Player

When I'm recording a video it's fine and I feel no lag. When I play the recording, it's stuttering a lot and I can't seem to find the reason why. I checked other forum posts and I can't find any that help me. I'm using an HP ENVY laptop which works well with lower demanding games.

Use the software, low cpu usage encoder instead of the regular software one.
