Hi! When i try to record a game, the game runs fine, the preview runs fine but the video stutters. I think it's my settings or either i got to bad pc specs, so could anyone help me out on what i should use? Games i tried it on so far cs go and naruto storm revolution. Also does it matter if i run the game in fullscreen or windows borderless? Thank you

set your buffer (not bitrate) to 0 and preset to super-fast. that is really all you need to do if you are local recording only.

If you are streaming, none of your settings will work.

EDIT: and borderless or full screen are fine as long as you use game capture, either will work.

Hi! I changed my scene buffering time to 0 in advanced settings if that is what you meant and i also changed to super-fast. It seems to work fine now thank you!
And just a few quick questions, my bitrate is currently on 5000 just from trying some random numbers. I looked at guides and they said it should be like 20k to 50k? I'm not gonna use it to stream just to record locally. Thank you for answering!

no no no. buffer as in the one next to bitrate. scene buffering is very different. leave it at 700ms.

bitrate doesn't matter when you have buffer set to 0, it ignores the value of bitrate. this is what you want though.
