Video stream cutting out PTZ Optics 30x Cameras

Good Morning

2 ea PTZ Optics 30X cameras

Running thru Black magic design - coax to HDMI adapters to black magic design to HDMI to pc ( OBS Studio )
Cam 1 seems to be great as the video is beautiful and working properly
When I switch over to cam 2 via Black Magic design :
Cam 2 seems to be cutting out on the video feed ( Live Picture going back starts off ok but within a minute it cuts out going black and then back to live feed from a few seconds to longer ) and will not send a constant feed

I have searched all over but am unable to find any info on this

Has anyone seen this or know of a fix ? Stream/Camera setting ?

So, PTZ Optics using SDI to HDMI adapter to ?? Atem Mini?
PC's typically can't accept an HDMI input (without custom Add-in Card). So, this is USB with video signal input PC, right?

For troubleshooting, I advise as I usually do to start outside of OBS
- Have you tried swapping SDI cables so cam1 plugged into Cam2 port/adapter?
- have tried swapping cables/adapter?
- have you confirmed Cam2's output settings match Cam1?
- Have you taken SDI to HDMI into a monitor?
- Have you called PTZOptics support?
 
Hey Lawrence Apologies for not getting back to you as Holidays etc.crazy busy !
I am onsite this am broadcasting via cam 1 right bow and using the IP stream for cam 2 !!
It is an NDI set up not SDI !

Yes that is correct !
I will get into cable swapping after services today ...

The IP Stream seems to be ok as its only the NDI stream on Cam 2 . In the Black Magic Design I can use cam one with no issues but a switch to cam 2 and the picture keeps going from a live feed to black quickly .. like flickering ? I just went thru all of the settings in the cam and they match ( Cam 1 NDI and Cam 2 NDI settings . I switched the input from cam 2 to cam 3 and no change
 
OK So after getting confused , I did some more research :
The PTZ Optics 30X camera(s) use the HD/SDI connector via coax on the camera . It then is pulled into the computer area via coax where we set up the equipment in and is plugged into a Black magic Micro Converter SDI/HDMI 3G converter ( SDI in via the adapter and HDMI out to the Black magic Atem Mini Pro ). Hence how they ( B & H ) designed this . Being new to this type of technology its been nothing but a learning curve . And painful LOL .. So the issue : Cam 2 cuts in and out ( Goes to a black screen every few seconds and recovers ) . I'' be contacting PTZ Optics then Black Magic for help ..
 
In that case (SDI cameras), I'd recommend doing the troubleshooting I listed above... to isolate if a camera or cable/adapter issue (or rules those out) and a possible camera setting, or Atem Mini setting issue
