Question / Help Video stops when I press down arrow?

The only hotkeys I have set is having the number 1 to start a video and number 2 to stop a video, but for reason the video also stops if I press the down arrow. Help?

Was num-lock turned off when you press "2" on number pad when assigning a hotkey? On desktop keyboards, turning off num-lock turns "2" into a down arrow.

Maybe use a different hotkey.
