Bug Report Video stops after a second but audio continues

I have been getting this glitch when trying to record/live-stream where the video only records for like a second then it crashes. The audio still continues though. Can someone please help me I would really love to use obs for my YouTube but this bug is stopping me.

Please post your OBS log, crash log and dump file if you're experiencing crashes.

I'm getting the same problem, Here is my OBS log
But i dont have a Crash file or dump file in the OBS Crashdump folder.

In future please make your own thread. Your PC can't stream since it's too old.

Is there a way to change this, except buying a new pc/replace parts?
