I'm having some trouble getting my OBS system set up and working. I've been using it with no issues for some time, and I recently had cause to grab the video source plugin and use it to play some background video. I downloaded the latest version, copied the files to the Plug-In directory, and when I ran OBS it was like it never even attempted to load that plugin.
Other plugins like the CLR plugin will show debug information in the console or throw errors if something is wrong, but there is not one word about the video plugin in the console, and it doesn't show up on the list of plugins or as an option to add as a source.
I have downloaded the correct versions of the plugin and OBS several times now, and done a couple clean installs of both, but OBS won't see it even if it's the only plugin installed.
Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong? Is this any sort of known problem with the plugin? Did OBS just outpace it?
It's making me bang my head against a wall >.<
