Hi,
I'm having problem getting a recorded video to run smooth.
It looks like the video is kind of stuttering.
The render is not dropping frames but it looks like the frames don't seem to translate to each other correctly?
My best explanation is that it looks like the video is made up of only still frames.
Does anyone know if I messed up my settings somewhere?
