Question / Help Video registration stops after 13 min 20 sec

Hi everyone, I'm trying to figure out why, after ending a registration which lasts more than 30 minutes, the video only lasts 13 minutes and 20 sec. It stops automatically... I've never edited the settings ....and I can't find any setting can do this automatically.
Any suggestion??
