Hello forum members,
I have a problem when recording in full-screen. The problem is, I record full-screen all the time and it just randomly has stopped working. In fact, the problem (trying to open the recorded video, only for it to be a black screen. No video, no audio) has occurred once before and I'm wondering if it's because the videos are lengthy (+20 minutes)?
After the first instance, (it wasn't a good video after all, so I deleted it), I tried recording another video and it worked, (but it was only a few seconds). Both audio and video. Then I recorded another and when I went to play it back after, it was just a black screen the full duration. Also, when trying to open the video with Windows Media Player, in the left-bottom corner, it has a small icon moving and says "Network is too busy to play file at original quality"
Is there anything I can do to fix it, or is the video lost? The Analyzer says "Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination
The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.032)" what does that mean and how to fix? Also, is there any possibility of fixing the file to restore it?
Here's my OBS log file:
