Video Recordings Not keeping pace with Corresponding Audio.

New Member
I am only using OBS for recording Non YouTube Video's or podcasts with video's. Can anyone tell me how to get the best Video playback without a lag behind the Video audio that I am recording. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
