Video Recordings coming out blurry

Heya folks, so I have been reacking my head for the past 3 days wondering why my videos when recordings with OBS keep coming out blurry
However I have a plugin that I use to capture video separately when Im doing other activities, but those videos come out absolutely clean.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Changed various settings
and have overall had the biggest headache when it comes to whatever the hell is happening

I attached a log to this post so anyone who comes along this can be able to help in any way they can.

Your Color Range is set @ Full, should be Partial. Your recordings are over-saturated.

HAGS should be disabled.

Try recording without B Frames, they're the lowest quality frame type. Uncheck Lookahead & Visual Tuning.

P5 is the recommended Preset, if you get any encoding lag with P7, use it instead.

Check your Scenes too, there's at least 1 of them that has multi game/window captures. Only 1 per Scene to avoid capture interference.

Use CQP rate control instead of CBR. The encoder will have the ability to maintain quality instead of maintaining a set bit-rate. Adjust the CQ Level as needed.

Unfournately after trying all of these, it is still... Blurry
Would a test video be able to help see what the problem woudl be at all?

That log is messy, you finally got fairly close to the correct settings at the very end of it. Looks like that Scene still needs attention.

Re-start OBS. Create a new Profile with 1 Scene/Source & run a test recording. Close/re-open OBS & then upload the log. (Previous)

Have you tried recording 2160p? The downscaling alone could be playing a part here, especially if you're comparing them side by side..

Well- you might be on to something with the downscaling, as I just did my native and a 2160 videoand they came out alot better looking
I guess I might have found my answer
How to improve it from here is beyond me

When you are viewing these recordings, at they at 1920x1080 (taking up 1/4 of your screen) or are you viewing them full-screen, up-scaled to 3840x2160?

It won't make a difference. It only changes where the scaling is done. GPU vs CPU. It's already done on the GPU in the Video settings.

Best to avoid scaling altogether, especially if quality matters.

You know, one question I have at this point is why Source Record ( A Plugin that I use for recording footage separately from stuff like streams), records at a pretty good quality without causing an encoder overload?
