Anyone know why my recordings are coming out choppy even though I run my games just fine.

0. Watch your recordings with VLC.
1. Change the refresh rate on your Asus screen from 144 Hz to 120 Hz and cap your games at 120 FPS.
2. Use Game or Window capture for your games. Do not use Display capture.
3. Disable Look-ahead and Psycho Visual Tunings as those use additional GPU.

Looks like my media player from before was causing the issue. Playing the videos through VLC worked! Thank you
