Every time I try to record a game through OBS the games is running at a consistent framerate. But when I look back on the recording there's times when the video isn't running at 60fps, and it looks choppy. This has been happening for about 2 years ever since I started using OBS. What's weird is that it's inconsistent. A couple of months back it seemed that it was for the first time ever working fine, but now it's but to being inconsistent. My settings are set to what they told me to set it to on the OBS analyzer, but no matter what I do it never fixes the issue. I know it isn't my hardware because I tried Bandicam for the first time this month, and the recording is solid.
