Video quality questions

I'm wondering what my keyframe interval should be set for the maximum quality because I'm always looking for ways to make my videos look better. Also, I'm wondering if I should be using Max Quality vs. Quality and Psycho Visual Tuning or not.

Depends on your hardware and what you're doing, if you have the power, you could turn Psycho on and use 4 b-frames, always use max quality and VBR for recording and CBR for streaming
