Question / Help Video Quality is Low as well as Buffering/Stuttering

I've been using my OBS for some months now, I've had many problems with it, and I've found many fixes. However, there is one problem that continues to resurface, buffering and video quality. I have videos that are public that don't have an intense amount of buffering in them, while keeping the video quality moderately high, however recently the same settings make my videos buffer. This is very frustrating as it has been going on for a couple months, meaning I can't upload any gaming videos at all. As stated before, I have videos that don't buffer and recently videos that do happen to buffer, I dont have my exact PC specs right now, so I'm going to have to add that later. Your system is not capable of the resolution you've selected. You're going to need to downscale.
You're using custom buffer size WHILE STREAMING. This is something you should NOT do.

Some of those logs may have been of a stream, however the most recent logs have not been streams.

I followed the format, and one recording that was 42 seconds long was perfect. However another that was about 31 minutes long was reverting back to the old stuttering.barely ten to fifteen seconds into the video.

Ahh, I see. My CPU Usage is very high, although my game never lagged,

You're still going to need to downscale. Your system isn't quite powerful enough to record at 1680x1050 while playing the game at the same time..

My recordings are fine now, no more stuttering, however hal fof the screen is blurry now, only the top left corner shows the gameplay.
