Question / Help Video quality is awful, even on fresh install

A while ago it did just fine, but lately the video quality on both OBS Classic and Studio looks very blotchy and just awful all around. This is holding me back from creating videos and continuing to stream, since I want my content to be the best that it can be. Settings are default, and looking at my task manager nothing seems to be having issues.

You're using NVENC at 1mbps, I'm not sure what kind of result you were expecting. Increase it to 50mbps or so.

That does look...a lot better...

My fault, I'm better at building/troubleshooting computers, audio/video isn't my forte. Thanks for the help!
