Video quality has dropped since last use. Looks like low shutter speed now.

Since the last time I used OBS to record video (about 10 days ago) something has changed in my video quality. There seem to be lower frames, there is a .5-1 second delay. It feels like the exposure or shutter speed has been altered on my camera, but camera records fine when not hooked up to my PC and I changed shutter settings while it was hooked up and nothing happened. I use it to record youtube videos, not to stream (which is the only thing I can find help for). I can provide video samples for reference if needed. Also I'm using a camlink 4k to record.

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Change the OBS FPS to 29.97 to match your Cam Link.
3. Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
