I have a problem ... namely, my upload speed is about 3-3,5Mbps, the encoding bit rate I set to 2500kb / s But when I start the Stream, the green square in the lower right corner of the OBS'a flashing all the time in yellow. When I start playing I Lol'a solid 60FPS, but on stream, viewers see the image in about 10-15FPS (or less) (I set 25FPS). So what's the problem? Please help: (.?

You've also dropped a little bit of frames at a way lower bitrate, Try another twitch ingest, Disable MNI "Minimize network impact" and if that doesn't help also do a 1.5 downscale and keep the bitrate at that 1500kbps or lower.
