Question / Help Video/preview lagging but game is all fine!

So I have this issue.. My video is lagging while my game is still running at 60 fps.
I have tried to lower the res / fps but it dosen't seem to help.

Specs:
i7-4710HQ @ 2.5Ghz
16 GB RAM
Nvidia 860M 4GB

Try recording at 30/60fps if ur screen is 60hz.

Ive got the same problem, any fps that is not integer divisior of 60 (10-20-30-60) lags @ recording
