Question / Help Video passes audio speed

So, I just started streaming Source Filmaker. And the problem is that video is faster then audio. I mean that when I animate a character then add voice lines to it and play the animation, the character moves her mouth and then the voice comes, on stream only of course :) . Maybe it has something with audio bitrate? Here's mine set up.

Nothing to do with audio bitrate actually. It's usually either audio offsets or general system performance.

I have i7 7700k , and 1060 6GB , 8gb ddr 4 so i don't think so about that :V
