Issues with a plugin must be asked on the discussion page of said plugin. This way the dev of the plugin and other users can see it and help you way faster than here.
SE always causes issues and breaks OBS. Backup your profile, scene collection and aitum vertical configs just in case. Uninstall SE, manually remove the leftover files on %appdata%\obs-studio\ the keep in here for no reason but still interact and keeps breaking OBS, and finally uninstall OBS and reinstall it in order to fix any other change than may have perform in OBS.
Test it. Make sure Aitum vertical is updated and compatible with the version of OBS you're using.

If you see something in the preview of the "plugin" then likely you already running an output.
If you want to know what output is active right now then you may try to make custom
